State Underground Power Program
Macrovision was engaged to develop and deploy a management framework for Western Power's group responsible for designing and project managing the delivery of Western Australia's state underground power program.

Production Planning Modelling
Conducted a major technical review to model and document the way production modelling and planning are conducted for the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) plant. The work involved developing process models and activity maps in conjunction with end users and management.

Hydrocarbon Accounting System Review and Upgrade
Participated in a technical review to improve methods being used for hydrocarbon accounting. The work was triggered following an investigation by the Department of Energy (DME) to valid hydrocarbon accounting practices.

Drawing Control and Records Management
Development of quality management system and subsequent certification with an external certification body to ISO 9001.

Development of a Supply and Logistics Management System
The project involved developing process models to enable training for personnel to run the purchasing processes and applications. Macrovision was responsible for providing direct consultancy to the sponsor and working teams.

Review of IT Security Controls
Developed key controls for IT security. Developed documentation that included policies and critical procedures.

Review of Business Systems
Conducted a detailed assessment of the company's procurement and contracts business systems. Services included managing changes to systems and upgrading security controls.

Review of Technical Integrity
Conducted an assessment of the company's technical integrity management in relation to assets and the use of internal resources to provide the service.

Sustainable Grain and Grazing Systems Project
Four major Australian research and development providers reviewed ways to implement a co-operative program, "Sustainable Grain and Grazing Systems", to make primary production at the farm level more profitable and environmentally sustainable.

The organisations involved were Australian Wool Innovation; the Grains Research and Development Corporation; Meat and Livestock Australia; and Land and Water Australia. The project involved assisting with the development of the project program and setting out the charter and governance arrangements for this initiative.

Lotterywest Branding
In consortium with Auriga Solutions, Macrovision assisted Lotterywest to project manage the roll-out of the 'Lotterywest Brand' to:
• the corporate environment;
• retail networks (across Western Australia).

The assignment involved developing ways to deploy the Brand. Services covered developing key documents (business case, charter, master program plan and work plans). Extensive project and contract management was required to deliver the Brand within budget and in accordance with the business case.

The project scope covered:
• public, corporate and retailer launch;
• new retail identity design (shop front image);
• makeover of the retail network (focused on internal presentation and window layouts);
• corporate wardrobe;
• document muster;
• changes to community funding presence.

Product Review
Reviewed and modelled an in-house software product for preparation for commercial sale.

Services involved conducting systems analysis where likely models were developed for consideration by the client.

Market Survey and Assessment of New and Existing Clientele Base
Conducted market surveys to existing and potential client base. Gathered data and presented trending analysis.

Design and Development of the Company's Management System
Developed the company's management system that included business activity models and process maps.

Promoted the management system via an intranet environment. Design and development was carried out by Macrovision.

Organisational Restructuring and Operations
The services involved reviewing business processes and restructuring the organisation to meet changes in directorship and management.

Reviewed existing contracts to ensure continuity of work and to determine new business opportunities.

Organisational Restructuring and Governance Arrangements
The project involved a study to into the operating mode and governance of the Council. The study resulted in a complete restructuring of the Council where Macrovision was appointed the project leader. The re-restructure was completed over a 12 month period and within the approved budget.

Office Management
Established and managed the Council's operating office, including budget and accounts control.

Website Concept Design
The contract involved the design, development and deployment of a new website for the Council. Services included coordinating feedback from industry members and website designers. The website was completed on budget and on time.

Corporate Information Management
In consortium with Auriga Solutions, conducted a review into approaches to manage information for the corporate office.

The assignment considered a review of existing document systems and structures.

Business Planning
Development of the IT Directorates business and operations plans. Services included gathering key data and presenting the information to clients as formal documents.

Readiness for Commercialisation
Reviewed and analysed approaches to commercialise new products (recruitment applications) to the market.

Product Deployment and Operation
Developed systems and conducted a risk assessment of the operations.

Management System
Developed BigRedSky's management framework that included process models and risk profile.

Interactive Online Recruitment Portal (IORP) for the Office of Public Employment
Assisted with the deployment of a contract with the Victorian Government in rolling interactive online recruitment portal.

Provided direct consultancy on approaches to enhance and grow the business.
