framework for Western Power's group responsible for designing and
project managing the delivery of Western Australia's state underground
power program.
The
work involved assessing risk, undertaking a gap analysis, defining
the management framework, developing business models and processes.
The assignment was completed on time and within the specified budget.
Additional
services included developing practices for managing contractors
and on-site safety and health and reviewing work practices for the
overhead customer service connection program.
